• Alfriston Village Hall (also known as Alfriston War Memorial Hall) is a registered charity, No. 266717.

• The only personal data we collect is that which is provided directly by you in order for us to complete a hire agreement.

• This data will be used by Alfriston Village Hall only and accessed by the Hall Manager and our accounts department. It will not be shared with third parties.

• The information you give us will be held for a period of up to 7 years after the expiry of the hire period in order to comply with tax regulations and is held electronically which is password protected.
